Quality is a feature of all entrepreneurial activities (effects) and a necessary condition for meeting the expectations of our customers. That’s why we offer quality services, which we constantly improve, as we want to offer the best quality service to the market.
The policy statement reflects the fundamental orientations of the quality management system and its improvement. The policy is aimed at achieving strategic goals that ensure the realization of the vision and mission of our company. In politics, we accept values such as responsibility, honesty, diligence, precision, independence, innovation, teamwork and knowledge.
In order to implement our quality policy, we employ employees with relevant skills and values who are motivated and creative, and to constantly update the technology, which must be at the highest level.
The top management of our company uses the accepted quality policy as a management method in the direction of improving the quality management system and successful operations. The adopted quality policy is a consistent part of our company’s strategy and its context.
When defining, adopting and changing our quality policy, we consider the following:
– it must be consistent with the vision and mission of the top management,
– it must be comprehensible to all personnel employed in the company
The goals of our company’s quality policy are:
- Continuous improvement of processes, technology and quality management system.
- Expanding the range of services and production.
- The management also undertakes to provide sufficient resources for the effective implementation of the policy of quality, safety, and sustainable development, such as investing in infrastructure, jobs, and good technical equipment.
- Monitoring, defining, understanding and consistently meeting the requirements of clients, buyers, applicable laws and regulations that relate to the company and other requirements to which the company has agreed.
- Implementation of activities for permanent improvement focused in particular on the prevention of risks, regular assessment of the state of safety in all processes and measures in terms of prevention and improvement.
- Regularly trains and informs employees with all legally binding requirements and innovations and will take care of the gradual raising of the culture and awareness of all employees, she attaches great importance to the training of employees regarding safety standards.
- It strives for the rational use of all raw materials, materials and energy sources, while at the same time, within the framework of economic capabilities, it will gradually replace them with more environmentally friendly ones, and in case of irregularities, it will take immediate action.
- Collaborated and created open relations with the public through dialogue with clients, local residents and other interested parties, thereby contributing to the success of joint efforts to improve the situation.
- Carried out the necessary activities so that employees are familiar with the policy, understand it, implement and maintain it, each in their own area.
- Check the suitability of the policy at least once a year, usually as part of a management review.
- Accepting suggestions and requests from employees and implementing them.
- Realize the annual goals set by the owners and meet their expectations and requirements.
- Identify and take into account expectations and requirements from suppliers.
